CardCheck.aiCCA report system
Pre-grade a Card

Privacy policy

Card photos and CCA reports are treated as pre-grading evidence.

CardCheck.ai collects only what is needed to run CCA AI pre-grading checks, save reports, support accounts, and improve the quality of future workflows.

What we collect

We may collect account identifiers, email addresses from login providers, submitted card photos, card hints, report results, technical logs, and payment or order metadata when paid features are enabled.

How photos are used

Photos are used for card identification, image-quality checks, condition analysis, grade-estimate generation, report generation, and internal review. Approved reference samples may be used to improve future matching workflows after review.

Anonymous product measurement

CardCheck records first-party event counts to understand which pages and product steps are useful. These records may include the page path without its query string, the referring website host, a short event label, and a random first-party visitor identifier retained for up to one year. The identifier is hashed before it is stored with events. We do not store a raw IP address in this measurement or use it to identify a person.

Service providers

We may use hosted database, storage, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI model providers to operate the service. API keys and private service credentials are never intentionally exposed to public pages.

Retention and deletion

Reports and images may be retained to support QR links, account history, dispute review, and model improvement. Users may request report removal or account-data deletion by contacting support@cardcheck.ai.

Contact
