Service terms
CardCheck.ai gives collectors a structured CCA pre-grading estimate, not an official grading slab.
These terms describe how CCA AI pre-grading checks, accounts, and QR report pages work.
1. Service scope
CCA reports are AI-assisted pre-grading estimates. They may identify a card, evaluate photo quality, flag visible condition risks, estimate a grade range, and recommend next steps. A remote report is not an official PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, or manufacturer grade, appraisal, certification, or guarantee of future grading results.
2. User submissions
You must submit photos you are allowed to use. Do not upload marketplace screenshots, third-party copyrighted images, or cards you do not have permission to evaluate. CardCheck.ai may reject or route low-quality, incomplete, or suspicious submissions.
3. Paid checks and refunds
Paid image checks cover automated screening, routing, and report generation. If the submitted evidence is unusable, the result may be a recapture recommendation rather than a definitive conclusion. Refund rules are published in the Refund Policy and shown at checkout before payment is collected.
4. Human review
Human review can add a second look at uploaded evidence and visible condition signals. It is still not an official grading-company result unless a separate official grading submission is purchased directly from an official grading provider.
5. Accounts and reports
Accounts store your recent CCA report links and identity provider information. Public QR report links can be shared by anyone who has the report code and token.
